Urban Saga is a series that shows the emotion I felt in front of some of the most iconic buildings in the world. The intention is to make the act of experiencing the photograph more personal and authentic for the viewer. The image in this photograph depicts the Flatiron Building in New York and has been captured with the technique of long exposure to create what is called “Motion Blur”, a soft movement of the people adding to the story a human element with everything it encompasses for the story. This is an ongoing series of photographs captured in New York, Chicago, Paris, London, Tokyo, and other iconic locations around the world. The photograph in this print is part of the multiple-award-winning series Urban Saga, awarded Photographer of the Year at the IPA 2016 International Photography Awards for Architecture Professionals.
